How are my purchased assets delivered?
After purchasing an asset from our store, you will be avaliable to access it through the Cfx.re Portal of the account you logged into the store with.
Does Beyond Studios have a refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for any of our assets. However, if you have any issues with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to help you.
Where can I buy an 'unlocked' (open source) version of an asset?
Unfortunately, we do not offer unlocked versions of our assets. All assets are sold as is and are not open source.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through checkout.tebex.io/payment-history
Where can i get help if i encounter an issue with an asset?
Firstly, please check the documentation for the asset to see if the issue is mentioned. If not, please join our Discord and ask in the #support channel.
Do Beyond Studios scripts support multiple languages?
Yes, all of our scripts support multiple languages. You can choose the language you want to use through the configuration file.
How oftern are the scripts updated?
We aim to update the scripts as often as possible. However, we do not have a fixed update schedule. In addition we dont charge for any sort of updates.
